Lydiard Park Academy requires a positive and motivated Cover Supervisor to join the Academy in a permanent post on a term time basis at an exciting time of growth for the school.
Cover Supervisor will work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals or groups. To supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, maintaining good order and keeping students on task, supervising 11-16 lessons weekly to deliver work that has been set by teachers who are absent .
We are looking for a positive and motivated Cover Supervisor who can:
• Work under guidance of teaching/senior staff within an agreed system of supervision
• Implement agreed work programmes with individuals, classes or groups
• Supervise whole classes during short term teacher absence
• Maintain good order and keep students on task
