Teacher of English
Lydiard Park Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated professional, with drive and ambition, to join us as a Teacher of English on a full time basis in a permanent contract.The ability to teach Media as a second subject would be preferable, but not essential.
We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. Whether you are an Early Careers or a more experienced teacher, we provide the environment and training for you to develop your career and refine your practice.
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom teacher who values positive relationships with learners and who seeks to inspire and motivate them to make progress in learning. We are seeking a candidate who is an inclusive practitioner, committed to planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of all learners, by using effective differentiation, assessment for learning strategies and providing regular feedback for learners to progress to the best of their ability.

Salary range: Main Scale / Upper Scale (depending on experience)
An offer of a July start date as well as £1000 joining bonus for Early Career Teachers (ECT)
Hours: Full time
